Our Vacancy Profiling Unit (VPU) was purposely setup to assist you in filling in your vacancies. To use these services, please go to the main page of the ‘Employers’ section or click here. Alternatively, you may wish to complete a vacancy profile form and email it back on: vacancy.etc@gov.mt or fax it to 22201812.
Upon receiving the completed form, your vacancy will be made available on:
- ETC Website;
- ETC Job Centres;
- ETC Job Banks (These are touch screen computers scattered in certain places which enable jobseekers to look for jobs of their interest);
- EURES Portal (your vacancy will be available to Europeans who wish to work in Malta);
- Daily Automailer (this is an automatic email we send daily to subscribed job seekers);
In addition, our team of qualified Employment Advisors will match your vacancy with our pool of jobseekers.
Matching is based on:
- Job Preferences;
- Qualifications;
- Work Experience;
- Other personal attributes and skills;
Following auto-matching, a limited number of best possible candidates are selected by the Employment Advisor who will send an e-mail, fax or letter with a list of suitable candidates to call for an interview.
